Not satisfied with our product? We promise full refund for the item.

    1. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount.
      If received a damaged product or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

      Note: Due to hygiene concerns returns not applicable on innerwear & masks.

      We will also not be able to accept the return if product:

              • Is used/worn or altered
              • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
              • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
              • Hang tag broken
              • Serial Number is tampered.
    2. When you return your order, the value of the reward points used will credit to your Godfrey credits and you can use it in your future orders. However, you cannot encash your reward point.
    3. When you partially return your order, we refund the value of the reward points for the particular item and add to your Godfrey credits, which you can use in your future orders. However, you cannot encash your reward points
    4. You can initiate the returns by logging into your Godfrey Account.

How do I return a product?

  • Log into your account.
  • Go to My orders
  • Click on ‘Return Order’ Tab and mention the order details or to initiate a Return and Exchange Order Please Click Here.
  • Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
  • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
  • Else you can also mail us at support@godfreyventures.in​
    • Subject: Return Request Order No: …..
      Mention the following  details
      > Your name
      > Bank & Branch Name
      > IFSC Code
      > Account name
      >Account Number
      > Mobile Number

  • You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
  • Reverse pick-up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
  • A MAXIMUM amount of Rs.120 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of Godfrey coupon.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money in your mentioned account or issue Godfrey Credits, as per your preferred choice.
  • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
  • Godfrey Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from godfreyventures.in.
  • Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
  • For orders placed using Godfrey Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Godfrey Credits account only.
  • Any Godfrey Credits/cashback vouchers applied will be activated again.
  • Please note that limited period offers that run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
  • Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

  1. When you cancel an order after using the reward points of the same order, we will deduct the used points from your loyalty points.
  2. If the loyalty points are in negative, you can earn points by placing orders but you can only use them after it becomes positive again.
  3. godfreyventures.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  4. No returns on innerwear & Masks.
  5. Refund/Godfrey Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  6. Godfrey Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
  7. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
  8. Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address: Godfrey Global Ventures LLP, 1257/1 Main Rahon Road Near Guru Vihar Street 1, Ludhiana, Punjab – 141007. Please mention return Id on the packet.
  9. Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
  10. Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
  11. in follows a 10 days No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 10 days of delivery.
